My theoretical knowledge and clinical experiences are the major supporting components
to be a potential candidate for Registered Practical Nurse. I have accomplished my clinical
nursing practices in different health care setting such as Continuing Complex Care, Long Term
Care and Hospital. I am proficient in physical assessment, developing a care plan, application of
appropriate nursing practices, monitoring the effectiveness of nursing intervention, medication,
client safety, reporting, communication and documentation. These all-learning experiences will
assist to improve client well-being.
Collaborative and holistic approaches are the essential approaches to enhance quality
health care in health the sector. I am able to adjust in multidisciplinary teams, diversified
populations and within a range of different working environments. Hence, I can play an active
role as a team member for effective health care of clients. Moreover, I can work independently
and as a leader in any kind of situation and resolve healthcare concerns.
I would be proficient in a long-term care facility because I can apply my academic
knowledge and practical skills to handle the variety of issues related to physiological and
psychosocial concerns. I have good experiences for the geriatric population efficiently. I would
be able to focused on client centered-care and enhance quality of life. As per my interest,
knowledge and experience, I will be a good fit to work in a nursing home or long-term care.
