    What are my strengths at the end of this semester?


    - I am punctual and responsible due to this strength point I can accomplish any kind of duties
    efficiently.
    - I have knowledge about nursing theory and nursing practice therefore, I can perform any kind
    of tasks professionally.
    - I worked on different clinical setting; therefore, I developed my confident level high.
    What are my areas for development at the end of this semester?
    - I get dilemma on proper critical thinking, decision making and intervention based on the
    problem.
    - It is a problem in common drugs use and understanding of their side effect.
    - I need to improve my skill in communication by using medical terms during nursing
    assessment, intervention and documentation.
