1. What I learned from taking this class, is that I can run 1.5 miles in 13:25,
which has beat my personal best since I have ever discovered running
fitness. I also learned how to use most of the weights that before this class I
had no idea how to use, I learned new techniques to do without using
machines; I also learned how to keep a good hiit system when Im running.
2. I would apply this to my life in many ways. I already like to work out and
loved that I could take away new ways to work myself out and be more
confident with machine weights and free weights as well.
3. My intention to continue to exercise in life will always be there. I care too
much about my body and weight to stop doing it. I want to be a healthy adult
and not have to worry about the risks that come with being too overweight.
