    The main theme of Richard Connells The Most Dangerous Game is
    survival and that when it might make us do thing we never thought we
    would. The literary element that best shows this is climax. At the beginning
    of the story he clearly states that he would never murder a person and he
    doesnt believe in murder by calling it cold blooded murder (Connell 21).
    However, at the climax of the story he murders general Zoroff so that other
    people including himself could survive.
