Andthen i will give you three example of chiropractors exercises to reduce the
isok of necks and shoulders: 1- Rotate the shoulders back, by 10 seconds 2 rotate the neck from one side to the other slowly, by 10 seconds 3 - pulling the
head with the arm toward the right shoulder, do the same with the left side for
10 seconds. These exercises will alleviate the stress and pain that is carried on
the shoulders and necks.
