The history of Chiropractic began in 1895 when Daniel David Palmer,

Palmer performed the first chiropractic on a partially deaf janitor, Harvey


Lillard, who then mentioned to Palmer that he could then hear horses in the
street. Two years later Palmer opening a school of chiropractic. Chiropractic
philosophy was rooted in vitalism, naturalism, magnetism, spiritualism and
other constructs that were not amenable to the scientific method.
What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of
the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these
disorders on general health. Chiropractic care is used most often to treat
neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck
pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches.
Doctors of Chiropractic practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care
that includes patient examination, diagnosis and treatment. Chiropractors have
broad diagnostic skills and are also trained to recommend therapeutic and
rehabilitative exercises, as well as to provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle
counseling.
Chiropractors will readily refer patients to the appropriate health care provider
when chiropractic care is not suitable for the patients condition, or the
condition warrants co-management in conjunction with other members of the
health care team.
The chiropractic conservative approach often reduces the need for drugs and
surgery. The risk of side affects is minimal by contrast even commonly used
treatments such as over the counter pain medications can cause harmful side
affects the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has classified overuse
and abuse of prescription pain medications in the United States.

Andthen i will give you three example of chiropractors exercises to reduce the
isok of necks and shoulders: 1- Rotate the shoulders back, by 10 seconds 2 rotate the neck from one side to the other slowly, by 10 seconds 3 - pulling the
head with the arm toward the right shoulder, do the same with the left side for
10 seconds. These exercises will alleviate the stress and pain that is carried on
the shoulders and necks.
