The wear-resistance and heat preservation of all the non-pressure parts of the circulating fluidized bed boiler may be carried out prior to the connection to the water supply, while the wear-resistance and heat preservation of all the pressure parts can be performed only after the completion of the water pressure supply and approval by the project owner and project supervisor. The quality control for the construction of wear resisting and heat preservation project plays the key role in ensuring the safe and high-efficient operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, so special care and attention shall be paid during the construction and installation of the project. In order to ensure the smooth and safe construction and installation of the project, our company has specially formulated procedures and instructions for some key sections during the construction of antiwear project, which are required to be strictly implemented in the work. Please make rectification for any fabrication or installation of equipment exceeding the allowable tolerance. If the equipment is found in disconformity with the requirement, the project owner and supervisor may have their comments and views on the found faults and keep record accordingly, whereas we will submit the original copy of the return comments report to the quality department of our company for quick actions and filing. =. The materials shall be stored off the land floor with measures for prevention of rain or dampness. Relevant measures shall be taken for the storage of the materials in places with temperature less than 5'C or over 30°C to prevent the freezing or exposure to strong sun light. Never use the materials which are beyond the validity period or affected with damp. DU.
