zoo trail grades map question

Hi Dr. Parrott, I hope this finds you well. Our Division received a call from a constituent
inquiring regarding ADA accessibility of the zoo in general, but not with a specific
complaint.

After some discussion regarding program access requirements and efforts that have been
made to date to make the zoo as accessible as possible, we offered to send her the map
you recently created showing the more accessible paths of travel, but I was unable to find
it on the website. Could you please direct me?

Also, have you considered creating a link on the main page under planning your visit for
patrons with mobility limitations, where they can then find the information about the golf
cart reservations, service animal policy, and access to the mapand who to call for other
special requests.

In case the caller might be familiar to you, her name was Mimididnt catch her last name
though.
