1. Musicians Name: Include the full birth name and any nicknames given to the musician
2. Birth Date and Death Date (if applicable): If your musician has passed away, include their
place of death
3. Birth Place: Include city and country, or city and state if they were born in the U.S.
4. Years Active: Include the years they became involved in the music industry until their
retirement from music
5. Why are they important to salsa music? (at least 5 sentences)
6. Famous songs (at least two): If your musician formed part of a group, include two of the
groups songs, and state the name of what band they formed.
7. Picture: You must include a picture of your musician.
