Human Resource Management is the basic strategy to gain the organizational goals.
According to Dessler (2005) Human Resources Management is the policies and practices
involved in carrying put the people or the Human Resources aspect of management position,
including recruiting, screening, training, rewarding and appraising, Human Resources
Management also manages all activities in developing the quality of the employees.
To gain the acquired human resources for a business organization, they need training,
educating and guidance. Human Resources Management is the set of organizational activities
directed at attracting, developing and maintaining an effective workforce. Human Resources
Management takes place within a complex and ever changing environmental context and is
increasingly being recognized for its strategic importance (Ebert and Griffin, 2003).
