Blackout Arkansas April 11, 1929 6 months before the stocks crashed.

Part 1 Encounter:
1. Main entertance to the city. Road or railroad lead to this enterance.
2. Old style gate.
3. Inn. A small inn with only 6 rooms aviable at any time. The 7th is always taken.
4. Market Square. Only one shop and the only place with a basement.
5. 3 small houses.
6. Mayor's house
9. A tower
13 16. Fishing yards and small boats
17. Police Station.
Out in the forest:
7. Main hall
8. Gargoyle Domaine
10. Tower 1
11. Tower 2
12. Tower 3
The party finds themselves within the city Blackout. Perhaps they are passing through to reach more
urban areas or perhaps they have been called in for a favor. Either way the city is small with no
more than 8 buildings to its name. The town lies just south of Fort Smith along the river.

Upon entering the city they must first get through large gate, almost as if they are keeping the
outside world out.
