II. List of officers responsible for different areas from concerned fields of organization is
given in ANNEX-1
III. The team will ascertain the completion of all civil, structural, mechanical, refractories,
electrical automation works related to furnace for stage I pressure testing by air.
iv. over all cleaning of inside the furnace and all selected areas for pressure testing/inspection/observation
is to be ensured
v. Blanking and other preparations for testing are to be made as per procedure laid down by ANNEX-2

and site instructions.

vi. Safety precautions are to be taken as per the eclosed safety protocol ANNEX-3
vii. All required instruments like thermometer, pressure gauges etc, will have to be provided by project
group in adequate numbers.
viii. Contact persons with mobile/phone nos. ANNEX-4
ix. Micro-planning for pressure testing by all concerned (ANNEX-5)
x. Activities to be done on the date of pressure testing (ANNEX-6)
