o Collect weekly minutes/agendas from committees
o Leads executive committee meetings in presidents absence
o Oversees committees
o Serves as spokesman for organization
o Takes minutes at executive committee meetings
o Delegates work to committees
o Liaison between the class and the official Hoima-Uganda Education Foundation
