This is a section of the spreadsheet programmed in 2002 to show Cabinet of the Kiribati Government how the future fee levels would
affect the financial statements (cash flow, profit & loss and balance sheet) of the Kiribati Solar Energy Company once the 1,800 extra
solar home systems were installed. This helped them to decide an optimal fee and allocate the required provisions for subsidies in case
they decided to set a politically based fee instead of one that was financially viable.
