INTRODUCTIO
N
We

have chosen to enter the retail business,


opening a specialty ice cream parlor called
`MangoFiesta'. We have elected to sell Walls mango
flavor ice cream at our outlet which is to be located
at North Nazimabad, near to Aptech Institute.

We

will offer mango flavor ice cream with small


cubical mangoes.

Our

target market comprises essentially upper


middle and upper lower income groups.

OBJECTIVES
The overall objective is to examine our ability
and strength to market a new brand.
To

examine our strength to promote a brand.

To

learn that how to do business with limited


resources.

To

identify the promotional platforms that


can be used to launch our product.

MISSION STATEMENT
To be the first choice of customers who
really want good quality Ice Cream at
affordable price.

JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROPOSED


BUSINESS
There are so many Ice Cream Parlor in
Karachi which only gives the normal
combination of the taste but the main
purpose of our product is to provide
different thing (like combination of mango
ice cream and mango) to the upper class as
well as middle class.

We are offering a unique combination of ice cream
with small mangoes cubical shapes.

POSITIONING:
There is a French saying people cent resist if they
get more for paying less. We are going to offering a
unique taste with reasonable price which will delight
the customers.

MARKETING MIX:
The marketing mix is a business tool used in marketing
products. The marketing mix is often crucial when
determining a product or brand's unique selling point
and is often synonymous with the four Ps: price, product,
promotion, and place.

We are using low introductory penetrating price
strategy in the whole market.

The maximum customers which we can serve in our
Parlor are 50 at a time. By the time if we get a good
response we will try to enhance the capacity.

Business:

There are many ice parlors but no one is offering to


different combination like our product mango with
mango cubical.

CONCLUSION
After going through with this analysis of our Brand
MangoFiesta our conclusion is that if we are going
to launch this product & Services according to a
systematic way than it would not be difficult for us to
achieve our objectives because we have learnt a lot
while working on this report and If things will remain in
the right direction especially law and order situation of
our city we will easily capture the market and we will be
able to open our another outlet at different areas which
is our major objective.
