Students will read chapter 1 of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. Students will log
the novel, answer chapter questions, and complete the character analysis
worksheet.
Tuesday:
Daily Warm Up
Students will read chapter 2 of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. Students will log
the novel and answer chapter questions.
Wednesday:
Daily Warm Up
Students will read chapter 3 of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. Students will log
the novel and answer chapter questions.
Thursday:
Daily Warm Up
Students will read chapter 4 of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. Students will log
the novel and answer chapter questions.
Friday
Daily Warm Up
Students will read chapter 5 of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. Students will log
the novel and answer chapter questions.

Homework:
Read your independent reading novel and log. Students must read 5 times per
week for 20 minutes each time. Reading log #15 is due May 21st!
