Dear Jordan,
The executives of Circle Marketing Group have weekly meetings on Saturdays. With the New
Year, the pressure is on to increase profits and grow the company. Were off to a great start so far,
however we want to do everything we can to build a foundation that will give us the momentum
we need to power through 2015 and make it a record year. Your consulting experience is second
to none, and we have some requests we would like you to look over. If we can agree to proceed,
we would request a response by no later than the April 1, 2015.
Consulting Assistance Requested
We would like you to provide us data and advice regarding analytics and the efficiency of our
internal operations in the following areas:
1. Interpret the web analysis of our online site, and provide us optimizations and
suggestions that will allow us to better serve our users what they require faster.
2. Analysis of our social media analytics to determine what tactics are working, and where
we fall short. A revised online marketing strategy would be extremely beneficial.

3. See what data you can scavenge from our internal reporting systems and documentation,
to determine where we are slipping up, and how we can better run our operation.
4. Suggest tools and products such as a CRM, Ticket Handling, and other business reporting
methods that would be beneficial for us in the long term. This will allow us to be more
self-sufficient and give us an easy way to reflect on how were performing without
requiring outside assistance.
Response Deadline
Due to the pressure put upon us to perform by investors and our valued clients that expect
nothing but perfection, we would greatly appreciate a prompt response no later than April 1,
2015. Ideally that date would be the start of this transformation process, so as is convenient with
your schedule, the sooner we could get an idea of acceptance and pricing details the better.
Please include a rough outline of first impression recommendations and the services you would
be able to assist us with.
