3. See what data you can scavenge from our internal reporting systems and documentation,
to determine where we are slipping up, and how we can better run our operation.
4. Suggest tools and products such as a CRM, Ticket Handling, and other business reporting
methods that would be beneficial for us in the long term. This will allow us to be more
self-sufficient and give us an easy way to reflect on how were performing without
requiring outside assistance.
Response Deadline
Due to the pressure put upon us to perform by investors and our valued clients that expect
nothing but perfection, we would greatly appreciate a prompt response no later than April 1,
2015. Ideally that date would be the start of this transformation process, so as is convenient with
your schedule, the sooner we could get an idea of acceptance and pricing details the better.
Please include a rough outline of first impression recommendations and the services you would
be able to assist us with.
