Brief Description: I wrote a paper on my ideas of education and how I will set goals for
myself as an educator and for the students I will have in the classroom. I will also support the
students knowledge and learning goals in the classroom.

Rationale: I will make sure that I get to know all my students and take time to help them for
whatever they need help with. I will make sure that the students have learning goals along with
myself. I will make sure that I will set a good and engaging learning environment for my students
and encourage them to get and be involved with their community as well.
