Identify Paramount MD Training Manager
Identify 4 Trainers for End user training
Conduct a bi-weekly training team meeting training project manager and training team
Conduct a bi-weekly training call with Project Manager and POP Leadership
Ensure trainers meet weekly with the build team to ensure that training concerns are addressed
in workflow and the training materials reflective desired workflow for Go Live.
Trainers to attend workflow walk through and document training-related information
Create first draft of lesson plans for your area and update master patient build notes on
spreadsheets
Review Training documentation with analyst to ensure they reflect build accurately

Determine what training and/or assessment will qualify an end user for system access?

Determine when end user will attend training - evening weekends etc.

Determine the length of each training for each staff position to allow scheduling
Training manager reviews the first draft of lesson plans
Create classroom materials based on lesson plans
Copy down TST/PRD to create the Master Training environment
Build and test master training environment
Mock train select lesson plans to POP leadership to obtain feedback and confirm expected
workflow is reflected
Incorporate feedback and Finalize lesson plans
Deliver materials that need to be printed for each course to vendor

Identify who will be in charge of post Go-live new employee training for each role - this staff will
be super users for Go-Live and will support new employee training in the future
Training registration begins
Deliver printed material to trainers
Conduct super user/manager application training
Conduct chart abstraction training to temporary and file room staff to enable start of this
process before go live
Conduct appointment conversion training for front office staff to enable start of this process
before Go-live
Provide pre-go live support for file room and registration
Verify that all end users are registered for training
Conduct staff training
Attend the 30-day Go Live Readiness Meeting
Conduct clinical provider hands on labs
Go-Live!
During go-live support, identify the top issues for your application utilizing issues log
Communicate potential optimization opportunities to the build team
