    I agree to the following terms of the loan of Zambian Kwacha 60 000.
    The loan is intended to fund the balance of the purchase price of the agreed 30m
    by 40m plot Number .. in Chalala, Lusaka, Zambia.
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    After purchase of the property, or any agreed alternative property, the


    loan will be repayable at the rate of Kwacha 1 100 per month over 60
    months.
    In the event that the funds are not used for the above purpose, the funds
    will be repayable to you with immediate effect.
    In the event of sale of the property, or an agreed alternative property, the
    full amount of the loan plus 10% interest per annum will be payable
    immediately to you.
