Important steps to take when making travel arrangements:

Confirm flight information in Official Airline Guide (OAG)
Call Turner Travel (566-0998) to confirm reservations
a. Ask for Bonnie or Charlie as they are the most familiar with our firm
b. Remind them that we always use Avis midsize cars
Fill out McDuff travel form with the following and give form to traveler after
completing
a. Travelers McDuff account number
b. Purpose of trip
After receiving ticket in mail from Turner Travel, check flight information against
completed travel form; call Turner Travel if errors, if correct then give ticket to traveler
As a reminder: when making reservations for visitors to office, call Warner Inn (566-7888) or
Haskar Hotel (567-9000) which will both bill us directly due to our company accounts present
there.
