Abdullah bin Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,
said, Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of people is a
guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is
responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husbands home and his children and she is
responsible for them. The servant of a man is a guardian of the property of his master and he is
responsible for it. Surely, every one of you is a shepherd and responsible for his flock.

Malaysia is one of the most appealing countries in term of attitude and belief, and we as a
Malaysian had been cultivated since our childhood to be a proper civilized person. However,
when I first read this journal, I was fully filled with unease emotions in particular, a sense of total
embarrassment and despair. It seems that there are still a number of people who willingly to act
against the laws in order to achieve what they seek and desire (even the case dated on the year
1999).

With that, I fully agreed with what had been decided by the judge regarding the case
above. It is obvious that any action with the intention to disgrace someone is unacceptable and
should not be allowed, thus the judge decision to advocate the election to be null and void was
really fair and wise.
Apart from that, I as a student take this opportunity to compliment what had been done
by the petitioner (Harris Salleh) on what I refer as an intense research in order to convicted the
judge by what had been done by the second respondent. This act display a very
