Rationale
I chose the dates because its good weather all around the states for traveling and
its not too hot in Texas. It is also around the time of spring break for a lot of schools
and conference attenders can bring their families. I chose San Antonio because it is
a beautiful city with a lot of attractions and is only 2 hours from Houston. I chose
the hotel because it fit the conference needs, is decently priced and is a beautiful
hotel with a lot of accommodations.
