WHAT IS OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR USA LOOKS LIKE?

* We will provide you monthly salary package of $ 3,500.00 US Dollars - $ 8,000.00 US

Dollars

* Contract term is for three years.

* Total Service Charge - $ 575.00 US Dollars (Please note that this amount is excluding
Taxes and Salary deduction).

* H1B Processing Time: 31 - 45 Days.

* Facilities provided: Food - Accommodation - Transport - Medical - Insurance - Paid Vacation

* Minimum Qualification: 10 Th passed 6 months and 2 years experience level).

* Age Criteria: 18 - 65 years.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS HAS BEEN DIVIDED INTO MULTIPLE STAGES.

STAGE I - EVALUATION:

You will be evaluated on the basis of your resume. If you are shortlisted, you will notified within
24 - 48 hours.

STAGE II - DOCUMENT SUBMISSION:

As a part of the Selection process we need to verify your documents (mentioned bellow).

STAGE III - VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Your documents will go for an Internal / external verification process. Verification of

documents will be updated in 2 – 4 working days.

STAGE IV - INTERVIEW ROUND (Skype)

Once your documents are verified, you will be scheduled for an Interview round. If the
results are positive you will proceed further. Post clearing your Interview you need to pay us
a refundable security Amount of $ 125.00 US Dollar + Mail Fee $ 25 US Dollar (Final
amount to be paid $125.00 + $ 25.00 = $ 150.00 US Dollar) against Interview
management. (*Amount is refundable only before approval of your DS-160 Form).

STAGE V - RECEIVING AN OFFER LETTER / CONFIRMATION LETTER

Once security amount is received we will generate your request for offer letter (Estimated
time for an offer letter is 2 - 5 working days). Post receiving an offer letter directly from the
employer, you will pay us $ 275.00 US Dollar + 18% Stamping Duty (final amount to be paid
AOS (Final amount to be paid $ 275.00 US Dollars). Estimated time for an offer letter is 2-5
working days before the Interview.
(*Amount is refundable only before application for visa; amount will not be refunded once
the VISA process has begun).

STAGE VI - DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION FOR VISA APPLICATION:
* Identification proof (adhere, driving license and Voters card/ Pan card).

STAGE VII - ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING STATUS CHECK (NVC):

Some visa applications required further administrative processing, which takes additional time
after the visa applicant’s interview by a Consular Officer. Applicants are advised of this requirement
when they apply. when administrative processing is required, the timing will vary based on
individual circumstance of each case. Visa applicants are reminded to apply early for their visa ,
well in advance of the anticipated travel date. your visa case is currently undergoing administrative
processing. This processing can take some days. Please follow any instruction provided by the
consular officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted.
If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed back within two working days.
When visa is in final processing. If you have not received after 7 working days, please see the via
online mail for contact information of the Embassy or Consulate where you submitted your
application.

Therefore Face Marks is Required for individuals coming to the Embassy or consulate for consular
services are required to wear protective face coverings. Applicants who arrive without their own

STAGE VIII - VISA APPLICATION:

On the basis of the offer letter, the visa process will begin. During the visa processing given duration
will be 5-7 working days application are usually processed within this period intervals date of
submission.

Amount is refundable only before application for visa; Amount will not refundable once the VISA
process has begin.

If a candidate wants to discontinue with the process after the VISA ID PASSWORD is generated
OR application is declined OR Application is rejected - Additional The TR APPLICATION is
automatically refundable if the application is refused or withdrawn. Other fees included in the
application process will also be refundable even if the application is rejected. The balance amount
will be refunded in the account after 72 hours of the cancellation of process.

STAGE X - APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION (MRV):

During this Visa process candidates have to appear for MRV appointment. Candidate will have a
choice to appear for a MRV appointment through their local centre in embassy. You will be inform
about as and when to appear for the Biometric and appointment at your nearest US embassy

STAGE XI - Visa, flight booking & Flight bookings & travelling plans ads responsible for by the
company as it’s approved by the EMPLOYMENT OF US DEPARTMENT.

STAGE XII - No Salary Deduction (All fees has to be Paid).

PROCEDURE TO APPLY :
Step 1: Forward your CV (Resume) and Passport front and back scanned copy to
check your Eligibility.

Step 2: Once your profile selected then you have to Pay $ 150.00 US dollar for your
Job Vacancy Reservation charges and forward all your Required Documents like
Qualification/Experience/PAN/Aadhaar Card (Two Residential Proof).

Step 3: Your CV & Passport will be verify by HR Department, if your Documents is

shortlisted then you can track online your profile.

Step 4: Documents will submit for Apostillation (Verification & Affidavits of

documents) from DOS (US Department of State). Charges $ 275.00 US dollar.

Step 5: After APOSTILLATION you must pay $ 150.00 US dollar. In which includes
all charges like Refundable Security Fee ($ 125.00 US dollar), Mail File Fee
($ 25.00 US dollar).

Step 6: Then your file will be prepared by Head Department Agency for submission at
High Commission of US embassy in local area. (No charges applicable)

Step 7: Apply for PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) and medical report.

Health Checkup Required:

* After submitting your PCC and Health Checkup reports then Acknowledgement
letter will be issued from US Department of the state agency with your user Id and
password and same you can track your process online at (CEAC) Consular
Electronic Application centre website.

* All total service’s charge to be paid for your process cost $ 575.00 US Dollar
not including with the salary deduction package.

* Our service charges will not be deducted from your Salary Package
(Accordingly to the Employment of USA statuary).
