physicians and surgeons,, will grow 18% over the 2012-2022 decade,

Technology will be improve reducing the number of physicians

needed to do one task , they will have less work to do.

Demand for physicians is expected to increase due to a growing

aging population.

Do to the improvements in technology, physicians will be more

productive and manage more patients.

The demand may also be reduced due to the increasing utilization of

nurse practitioners and physician assistants, who can perform many
of the same duties for a lower price.
