College of Business Administration, Department of Management. It is without reservation that I
grant Eric Galan a letter of recommendation for the Professional Selling Program. He is a
hardworking, intelligent and deeply committed student and one who I'm confident will excel in
this program. Erics leadership ability, work ethic and dedication are his greatest strengths.
I worked with Eric Galan in the undergraduate business course, Professional Skills for Business
and in Management of Organizations in the fall semester of 2014. Eric was a pleasure to have in
class and he participated in nearly every discussion. He is professional, courteous and a kind
young man with a positive outlook on life.
Eric and his team competed in our Cornerstone Showcase Competition against several other
teams and placed as a finalist. His ability to motivate others and work hard was contributing
factors in his teams success. His team was able to raise well over the minimum amount of
monetary and non-monetary donations through utilizing project management skills, effective
communication, and adapting to change. Eric is a natural leader with above average levels of
emotional intelligence.
