Minutes of the Meeting

General meeting was held in Caderea Bastiliei nr. 2-10 on Wednesday, 22 April, 2015 at 6.30
P. M.
Present: Oana Florea (chair and CEO), Andreea Vlasceanu (CEO), Maria UngureanuManole (Head of Kitchen Staff), Ina Melina Vasile (Assistant Manager), the rest of the staff.
Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the last meeting were taken as read and signed as a true record.
Matters arising from the last previous meeting
The expansion of the company.
Rising Sales
In light of the recent increase in sales and profit the company takes in consideration the
expantion of the GoVeg restaurant line. It was conclude during the meeting that the optimal
place would be Constanta as it would also solve the problem of the papaya supply.
Also it was concluded that the staff will get a salary increase of 5%.
The Papaya supply
The problem of the papaya supply was discussed. It was taken into account that it was one
of the companys most profitable products and that it could not be discarded. The problem
was resolved as a new supplier was agreed upon and the opening of a new restaurant in
Constanta would make the supply by boat much more efficient.
