Each team queues up behind their

Lesson Plan 2

NOTE

Once the whistle is blown the captains

run out to the centre line of the
basketball court carrying the football as
they run. Once they cross the centre line
they are to touch the football to the
ground, then stand up and run the ball
back to their team. Once the captain
feels they are within passing distance
they pass the ball to the next team
member at the front of their team
queue. The captain then lines up at the
back of the queue.
The next person in the team with the
ball repeats the same action.
The pattern should continue until the
captain reaches the front of the queue
again.
When the captain reaches the front the
entire team sits down. First team to sit
down wins.
Time handicaps can be applied where teams
contain students with physical disabilities that
may inhibit running.
