ORDER
To afford the defendant the opportunity to meet and consult with his attorney of record,
Jon L. Schoenhorn, at Attorney Schoenhorn’s office at 108 Oak Street, Hartford, CT, and
because the defendant’s presence at that address may be in violation of certain conditions of the
defendant’s pretrial release, including the terms of his GPS monitoring and the order that
prohibits the defendant from being within 1,000 feet of the complainant in the instant case, the
court hereby enters the specific orders that follow:
1. In the event the defendant has a scheduled appointment to meet with Attorney
Schoenhorn at 108 Oak Street, the defendant shall provide the probation officer monitoring the
defendant's pretrial release with not less than 48 hours prior notice of the date and time of said
appointment, and the defendant must re
attending the appointment.
2. If the probation officer permits the defendant to attend the appointment, the officer
shall forthwith communicate the date and time of such appointment to the Marshal’s Office in
the Judicial District of Hartford, or its designee, and the Marshal’s Office shall take all steps
necessary to ensure that the complainant is advised of the date and time of the appointment.
3. In traveling to and from 108 Oak Street after having been authorized to do so, the
defendant is prohibited (a) from entering into or upon any premises other than 108 Oak Street;
and (b) from traveling upon Washington Street (between Capitol Avenue and Park Street) or
upon Lafayette Street.
4, Except as herein provided, all other terms and conditions of the defendant’s pretrial
release shall remain in full force and effect pending further order of the court,
