Profile
From the age of 3-14 I attended numerous performing arts and musical
theatre dance schools, this was my passion. Being apart of something where I
could express myself and be me was something I was completely hooked on
from an early age.
Starting high school, slowly drifted me away from my performing as school
work and towards the end, GCSEs where a lot more important and more time
consuming that I had earlier anticipated. In school the exams I took part in
where:
English Language A
English Literature B
Science P
Mathematics D (currently retaking this lesson in St John Rigby college. Took
part in Higher, now doing foundation)
Business Studies D
Religious Education C
French D
Work Experience
My work experience consists of:
Age 14: I had my first job at a sandwich bar in Skelmersdale where I took part
in serving people food and tea and coffee. This helped my social skills and
confidence, as I was nervous for meeting new people and getting things
wrong. However the more I tried and stuck at it, I became aware that I knew
had to fix my mistakes and this helped boost my confidence then resulting in a
better attitude towards the customers resulting in better customer service.
Age 15: I got a job in Fortuna Chinese takeaway where I was assigned to
take orders over the phone and deal with walk inns who where coming to
order food. This job was extremely helpful with my phone mannerisms and it
helped me with my confidence over the phone and after a short period of time
I was familiar with how to deal with complaints and the responses I should
reply with.

Age 16: I worked at the Star Inn in Roby Mill for 6 months where I was able to
practice my skills on customer service even further and with this I was able to
become even more confident with meeting new people and becoming familiar
with different work environments.
Age 16: I currently work in the Plough and Harrow in Upholland which I
thoroughly enjoy and are surrounded by the nicest work mates. With this I am
extremely comfortable in meeting new people and becoming apart of a society
which welcomes new people and trains and shows them how to do things,
however also letting them express their ways if more suitable to them.
