Chief Executive Officer
Oversee all chapter operations, serve as a leader in the community and empower
other chapter team leaders. Manage 150 members, delegate tasks for efficiency
and optimal outcome as well as organize and lead meetings. Preside over weekly
chapter, executive, and cabinet meetings. Serve as chapter delegate for Grand
Convention. Serve on the risk management team, executive recruitment board,
member development committee, nomination committee, as well as the finance
committee.
Chapter improvements during my executive term: Raised over $10,000 for CASA,
our local philanthropy an $8,500 increase from the previous year. Attained a
member retention rate of 98%. Established a chapter-wide academic improvement
plan increasing our overall GPA. Implemented and achieved Action Plan, which
removed chapter from discretionary probation. Implemented a new live out policy
system encouraging a culture of change. Managed a $900,000 budget and eight
person Executive Committee.
