Mass Index or BMI is an index used
to determine if one is overweight
or obese. BMI is defined as the
weight of an individual divided by
the square of his/her height in
meters (kg/m^2).

The food pyramid is an easy guide to follow to get your kid started on a good meal
plan.

After they begin eating properly the next step is to get active. There are different
