NOTICE
All UG students who are staying with permission in the halls during summer 2015 and not
registering for any academic courses shall deposit the MEC, Hostel seat rent, supplementary
electric charges including fan electric & water charges for registering mess only.
Those UG students who have been given stay permission for clubs/counseling service/other
activities shall pay the Room rent/Hall establishment charges as per the rules of the respective
hal
The UGIPG students who are registering for academic course/credits will pay the fees
according to the Summer Fee Structure as displayed on the DOSA website
There are three steps required to complete your registration —
(i) Academic Registration
(li) Payment of fees/MEC
(ii) Signature on the summer ‘Registration Register’
(i) Academic Registration:
The academic registration will be done at the DOAA office from 13" May 2016 to 15 May
2015.
Payment of fees:
The payment of fees for the students registering for courses will start only after the required
courses/credits are allotted by the DOAA office. The payment of fees will be done on 18 May
2015 only. For late registration on 19" May 2015, a late fee of Rs. 1000/- shall be charged on
and above the registration fee.
The students who are NOT registering for the courses but staying in the halls for other purposes
shall pay the MEC from 18" May 2015 to 25" May 2015,
MEC/summer registration fee shall be paid only through either SBI I-collect or Demand Drafts
Payment by cheque and cash shall not be accepted. SBI has provided the facility for the
Payment of Summer Registration Fee through online banking. The online transaction can be
carried out from the accounts of SBI as well as from other banks also. There are no additional
transaction charges if the payment is made from SBI accounts. However, in case the payment is
made from other banks, the SBI will charge Rs. 15/- plus taxes per transaction as service
charge.
(iii) Signature:
For students doing academic registration
After completing the academic registration, the students shall sign the summer “Registration
Register’ at LHC on 18th May, 2015 (10:00 am to 01:00 pm and 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm). Late
registration on 19” May 2015 will be done at DOSA Office.
For students not doing academic registration:
Those students who are not registering for the summer courses/credits but they are staying for
other reasons and have paid the MEC charges shall sign the “Registration Register’ at Hall
Management office(Opposite DOSA Office) during 18" May 2015 to 25" May 2015 (02:00 pm
to 04:00 pm).
