Who am I?

My name is Manuel
Gandara and I am a
Mexican-American born
and raised in Los Angeles,
California. I am currently a
freshman at Cal State
Northridge majoring in
Political Science. My career
goal is to become a Civil
Rights Attorney. As a
pacifist, there is nothing I
would rather do other than
help people for a living. My
two main hobbies are
playing baseball and
music. I have been playing
baseball ever since I
started walking and it is
has become a passion of
mine. I plan to play
baseball for Northridge this
following year. My other
hobby is playing music

My first essay
regarded the topic public
Essays
spaces that the positive effect sthat it has
on a cummunity. I analized the human
values that can be observed from a simple
amusement park in the Santa Monica Pier.
For my seconf essay, I wrote upon our
hyper sexualized society and the negative
impacts that it has on everyone. I describe
the way it alters young inds and how it
degrades the women in our society.
