Goal: My goal is to get more toned, help release stress by exercising, and eating healthier

nutritious foods. Im hoping that I can accomplish working out everyday because I have a really
bad anxiety disorder, and I believe that exercise can help me release a lot of the stress Im
going through. I also think that by improving my diet Ill be able to feel better physically and
mentally.
Nutrition- Eat an avocado every morning and half of a banana, have a smoothie three times
every week that contains nurtricious fruits and coconut milk.

Week One
October 27: Monday- Yoga practices. (30 minutes)
October 28: Tuesday- Walk the loop around neighborhood. (An hour and a half, 4 miles)
October 29: Wednesday- Do sit ups, push ups, weights. (30 minutes)
October 30: Thursday- Go to Chuze Fitness (An hour)
October 31: Friday- Yoga practices. (30 minutes)

Week Two
November 3: Monday- Yoga practices. (30 minutes)
November 4: Tuesday- Go to Chuze Fitness (An hour)
November 5: Wednesday- Do sit ups, push ups, weights. (30 minutes)
November 6: Thursday- Walk the loop around neighborhood. (An hour and a half, 4 miles)
November 7: Friday- Yoga practices. (30 minutes)
Week Three
November 10: Monday- Yoga practices. (30 minutes)
November 11: Tuesday- Walk the loop around neighborhood. (An hour and a half, 4 miles)
