At an election to be held during the 45th Annual Conference & Empowerment Summit
in Indianapolis, Indiana (July 19-23, 2015) the Nominating Committee hereby solicits
Nominations for the following positions:

Directors At-Large (7) for a two (2) year term (July 2015-July 2017)

Directors At- Large (1) to fulfill the 2nd year of a one (1) year term (July
2015-2016)
Please fill out and return the appropriate attached NACW Nominating Form to
Bernice Mitchell no later than June 1, 2015.
The Nominating Committee will review Nominations, compile a report of the names
and qualifications of proposed Candidates and forward the Committees report to the
Membership.

Nominee Criteria:
. Nominees Commission must be a current dues paying member of NACW
. Nominees who are candidates for an Officer position must have served on the
Board for, at least, one year
. Nominee is a Commissioner or staff member of a NACW member commission,
which must verify the nominees appointment date/term or length of
employment
. NACW Nominating Form must be completed and submitted by due date
Directors-At-Large with current two (2) year terms expiring in July 2015 include:
. Sawrie Becker, New York - Region 2
. Suzanne Doty, California - Region 9
. Dallas Fowler, California Region 9
. Phyllis Gordon, California Region 9
. Carmille Lim, Hawaii Region 9
. Bernice Mitchell, Oklahoma Region 6
. Judith Vaughan-Prather, Maryland Region 3

Director-At-Large with one year left to fulfill unexpired term (2015-2016):

. Lesley Guthrie, Texas - Region 6 ineligible to run due to change in Commission
status
NACW Directors-at-Large are elected for two year terms. NACW Bylaws (Article IVSection 1b) No more than three (3) directors shall be elected from any one state.
