Please review the following packet of information VERY
carefully, as it contains all of the information you will need for
your dancers 2015 recital. Please remember that all the
policies stated are in the interest of creating a professional,
stress free show for all the TDC dancers and families to enjoy.

GENERAL RECITAL INFORMATION RECITAL Mark your

RECITAL TICKET SALES May 26, 10:00 am
Available online through http:/tdcoflosgatos.seatyourself.biz

Link and info will be emailed when tickets are available. As always,
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR TICKETS. *Please note there will
be no Will Call. Be sure to have all your tickets for you and your
guests with you.
The following are prohibited in the Theater:
Alcohol
Animals (except ADA service animals)
Chewing Gum
Flash Photography
Food and Beverages (except in the lobby and the green room)
Photography and Video Recording of copyrighted material
Standing during a performance ALL FILMING IS STRICTLY
PROHIBITED Filming and photography is STRICTLY forbidden
during the recital performance for the safety of our dancers.

DRESS/TECH REHEARSAL will be held at the Los Gatos


High School Theater on June 3rd. All Dancers should attend their
scheduled dress rehearsal. Dress Rehearsal is a drop off event
parents CAN wait quietly in lobby.

4:00pm-5: 15pm Dress rehearsal June 3rd
Please drop and pick up dancer in lobby
No parents allowed in theatre
Los Gatos High School Theater
Dressed in Costume and shoes
Rehearsal is for the following classes
Monday 3:30 Boots or sneakers
Tuesday 9:30 Tap shoes
Tuesday 10:45 Ballet shoes
Tuesday 3:30 Ballet shoes
Wednesday 2:45 Tap shoes
Wednesday 3:30 Jazz shoes
Ballet Solos-none comp dancers

PROFESSIONAL DANCE PHOTOS and DVDRecital pictures will be


taken on June 1st at the TDC studio and will be available for online
viewing and ordering. Please come in costume, if your dancers has not
received her costume Miss Brea will hand out to you day of Picture

Day OF SHOW DROP OFF/PICK UP - TINY TOTS AND COMBO
CLASSES
Drop-off By dressing room and check your dancer(s) in with your
class chaperone. Dancers should be in costume, with hair and makeup done and dance shoes on. Pick-up dancer same Location as drop
off. Please wait until end of show so dancer can take her final bow

WHAT SHOULD MY DANCER BRING TO RECITAL
Extra Costumes and Shoes ALL Dancers must come in costume with
hair and make-up, and ready to perform. If dancing more than one
dance, please come in your first costume.
WATER BOTTLES- with CLEAR LIQUID ONLY!
HAIR AND MAKE-UP should be done before arrival. For a professional
look under the stage lights, stage make-up is required. Girls should wear
a pink lipstick, bright pink blush, a neutral eye- shadow and mascara.
HAIR: Unless otherwise specified (Hip Hop classes), our standard
hairstyle is a high bun with no part, secured with bobby pins. HIP-HOP
ONLY High Ponytail MAKE-UP: Light make-up, mascara and blush Comp
Team Only Light competition make-up, no lashes required NO NAIL
POLISH OR JEWELRY is allowed on stage




STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT BACK-
STAGE GUIDELINES
1.All dancers must respect and listen to their teachers/chaperones
2.Tiny Tots and Combo students MUST remain with their chaperone
backstage or seated in theatre dancer section.
3.NO chewing gum
4.No loud talking in the hallways and wings
5.Most importantly, Respectful, courteous behavior is expected at all
times. WE are very grateful to have such a lovely facility. Let us
please show our appreciation by cleaning up after our selves and
conducting ourselves as wonderful young ladies and gentleman.
Please cheer each other on and build each other up. OLDER
DANCERS -Remember the example you are setting for younger
dancers. Give them love, encouragement and be wonderful role
models for them to look up to you never know who is watching
you and wondering what its like to be you!
