I am pleased to recommend Alda Sarmiento for the opportunity she has in your class Human
Services and Management fall quarter 2014. I have had the pleasure over the last four years to
work with Alda in a number of different settings from a computer science class to a number of
human services classes and group projects. I have seen Alda grow throughout her time at
Western Washington University.
Throughout the last four year, Alda has shown dedication to her classwork as well as becoming
a human services professional. As a member of a group project, Alda has shown strong writing
skills, organizational methods and a good understanding of teamwork. Alda has been a fun,
reliable and creative member of the group.
Alda can strive in any work and classroom environment with her high level of energy and use of
solid communication skills. Alda is able to multitask and handle stress which she does since she
works at the mall, has a 120 hour internship and goes to school all at the same time. She is able
to prioritize her workload.
To summarize, Alda has been an active and strong member within a group project and has
proven over four years to excel within the university environment. I proudly recommend Alda
for your classroom needs.
