We were found here


She came here often says the table with her name.
She loved to write says her filled notebooks.
She never had any company says the swing.
She grew up here says the toys left in the dirt.
She met someone while sitting here says the bench.
Her feet no longer touch me says the ground.
Her last words were I'll never come back said the cold air.
She does not come anymore says the forsaken park.

He used to hide here everyday says the slide.
This was his home says the lunchbox with his belonging.
I no longer carry his parents loud voices says the air.
His back no is longer sore from me said the stick.
He met someone while sitting here says the bench.
His plans were to run away says the bloody notebook.
A colt 44 is what he bought said the receipt.
I cannot stay were his last words said the cold air.


They wanted to always be safe said the metal slide.
I was circled for Las Vegas said the torn map.
It's a tragic love story said the red flowers.
One of them would be happier here said the ground.
How this could happen we do not know said the birds.
They were meant to be together said the stray dog.
They would not live without each other said the note.
Their love was a fairy tale said the cruel cruel world.

Passing By
1- I watch the hands go 'round again
2- Always in a hurry not able to stay
3- Keeping me hoping it will never end
4- I enjoy its company everyday
5- As always, it comes just to see me
6- stays for awhile before it has to roam
7- It Runs out insisting it has to flee
8- Its presence it could no longer loan
9- The thought of it keeps me up at night
10- I can not help but wonder where it went
11- I feel that it's absence is not right
12- I don't know where all the hours have been sent.
13- Now I sit here listening to the tick tock
14- Wishing for the silence of the clock
