Cultural Night Emcee Speech (Navineish Nair)

A very good evening to all and welcome to the JISLC Cultural Night.
We are honoured to have En. Muhammad Radif bin Hj. Kosnin, the
Director of the Yayasan Warisan Johor here in todays event as our
Guest of Honour and also to all the VIPs present here tonight. I am
JSL Navineish Nair and today I will be your emcee for this event.
Well today, we are all gathered here for the Cultural Night with the
grace of the Almighty. To express our gratitude to Him, lets spend a
minute for the prayer recitation. To lead the prayer recitation, please
welcome JSL Aminuddin.
Thank you JSL Amin for the prayer recitation. Now, allow me to give
a brief introduction to our event tonight.
Cultural Night is a routine event in Malaysia usually done when we
have camping activities or when it comes to communal gatherings.
It is a tradition for us to give exposure of our culture to everyone
else and also sets an opportunity for us to learn even further our
Malaysian traditions, also the international cultures. This is the night
where all of us come in colourful outfits, all glamorous for the night
and practicing cultures from all over the country, crossing borders of
races and religions. It is also a night where we come together as one
nation without any feel of discrimination because in our hearts we
all know that we are one; we are the world, we are the children, we
are all human; and theres nothing to separate us but us. So lets
make the world a better place for you and me.
To give a kick-start to todays event, let us invite the JISLC Project
Director, JSL Amirul Hafiz to give a speech.
