INFORMATION
The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the
offended party, accuses Rey Klutz, for the crime of DAMAGE TO PROPERTY THROUGH
RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE, committed as follows:
That on or about May 2,2015 in the city of Cebu, province of Cebu, Philippines, within
the jurisdiction of this court, the said accused, being then the chauffeur of automobile with
license plate no. GJR 225, willfully and unlawfully managed and operated the same while
passing along Maharlika Highway in a negligent, careless, and imprudent manner, without due
reragrd to the traffic laws, regulations and ordinances of Cebu City and without taking the
necessary precaution to prevent injury to persons and damage to property, causing by such
negligence, carelessness, and imprudence the said automobile to hit a metal gate belonging to
Lui Datu, thereby causing damage to the gate amounting to 1 million pesos.
