When they are around 2 or 3 years old and
find their mate they will have babies the
following year after. After the
reproduction the babies are
called pups and one to five
pups are born at a time.

When the pups are born they should be about
4.5 ounces. The mothers will nurse the pups
for about 2-4 months.
After they are nursed they will be taught to
swim so they can leave their mom to find their
territory at one years old.

A Day For
Most of their day is spent on grooming their
fur, up to 49% of the day. They groom their
fur by using their paws and rubbing against
logs, grass, and rocks. This is important for
them because it make their fur waterproof.
