Compared Application and Evaluation of Saphir Well Test Interpretation Software with Workbench. 2011, 20( 3) : 15~ 17
Zeng Changhua, Bi Quanf u, Chen Zhiwen ( Oil Test Comp any , Xinj iang Oilf ield)
Combined with current status of well testing interpretation software in oil test company, by comparing and analysis for two sets of soft wares of
saphir and workbench, features of each interpretation software, scope of applied well testing types and the compliance of results are understood.
The exact bottom hole parameters are acquired by choosing proper well test interpretation software depending on different well test data.

Research of Single Point Testing Working System of Extra Low and Low Permeability Gas Reservoir. 2011, 20( 3) : 18~ 20
Li Hua, Zhu Shaop eng , Li Mao ( Zhangjiang Br anch, CNOOC Ltd. )
For new blocks, larger errors of open flow capacity are made using directly, whose value in Single Point Testing is always obtained from
empirical formula. So, how to choose a proper value of affects greatly calculated value of open flow capacity. For extra low and low perme
ability gas reservoir, greater impact of open flow capacity are made by how to select the working system, So, choosing a reasonable working sys
tem become a very important problem. By taking example of an open flow capacity of any hollow of the western South China Sea and through
calculating and analysis, the capacity formula of Single Point Testing and optimal working system are selected which provides basis and sup
porting for testing of producing capacity and calculation of this block.

Application of Build Up Pressure Testing Interpretation in Y128 Well Area. 2011, 20( 3) : 21~ 22
Shi Liyu ( Research Institute, Yanchang Petr oleum Corp . )
Y128 well area is the super low permeability gas reservoir, whose geological condition is complex . To understand the reservoir type, boundary
condition, and the actual situation for the Y128 Well, according to the basic pr inciples of fluid mechanics, build up pressure well testing inter
pretation have been done in 75 gas wells at Y128 Well area by applying Saphir4. 12 well test interpretation software. The results show that gas
reservoir models at Y128 well area are mainly four types of homogenous, infinite conduction, finite conductivity type and radial composite,
crack flow of gas well is very short, the external reservoir properties are becoming bad and reservoir heterogeneity is serious.

Guo Li ( The Second Logging Branch , Bohai Drilling and Exploration Co. , Ltd. ) , Luo Sheng ( Erlian Br anch Company , H uabei Oilfield)
By full use of prominent features of the pressure derivative being more sensitive than the pressure itself, through statistical analysis for the start
time of the transition section and the radial flow section of the double logarithmic curve of pressure and its derivative and by utilizing the main
stage features of them, combining with reservoir static and dynamic parameters closely, the right conclusions are made, principles and condi
tions of selecting fractured layer to low permeability reservoir are proposed.

Application of New Supporting Well Testing Technology to Evaluation of Production Test in Jilin Oilfield. 2011, 20( 3) : 25~ 26
Mao Jing ( Oil and Production Test Comp any , Jilin Oilfield)
Compared the production test with oil and gas test, flowing time of the single well is long, pressure affected area is big , and obtained parame
ters by well test are much close to reservoir characteristics. But the imperfect well testing process and interpretation method for formation pa
rameter will affect precision of the interpretation. By application of the new supporting well test technologies, the accuracy of well test interpre
tation increase, which provides the parameter basis for the nearest reservoir characteristics to exploration and development of the Jilin oilfield.

Study on Evaluation of Reinjection Ability of Depleted Well by Using Bittern Reinjection Well Test. 2011, 20( 3) : 27~ 31
H uang Lin, Liao Yi , Ruan Kaigui, Wang Liu, Tang Yan ( South Sichuan Gas Field , South West China Oil and Gas Field Branch)
Evaluation of reinjection ability of depleted well by using conventional empirical equations can not accurately calculate effective reinjection vol
ume. A study on reinjection ability of depleted well was done by using bittern reinjection well test, field experiment in gas reservoirs,
Jialingjiang Group and M aokou Group in the area of south Sichuan, was successful. This paper analyzes the application of the technique in this
area.

N ie Feipeng , Shi Qiong, Guo Linyuan, Chen Wei, Li Dezhong ( Oil Production Research Institute, Shengli Oilfield Branch Company )
During production period, the problem of water location and water shut off are more and more outstanding . Based on the extensive investiga
tion, the present situation of water detection tech in the horizontal well is introduced, which mainly includes production profile logging technolo
gy, interpretation for reservoir parameter logging technology, test instrument transporting technology, and so on. Through summarization, the
development trend of water detection process in the horizontal well is predicted.
