The district court denied a motion that, on its face, sought to modify an injunction prohibiting
interested non-party Citibank from making payments under the terms of certain bonds. In

substance, the motion sought to change the terms and force of the injunction, and, thus, it was a
bona fide motion to modify the injunction. Weight Watchers Intl, Inc. v. Luiginos, Inc., 423
F.3d 137, 14142 (2d Cir. 2005). Therefore, we have jurisdiction over this appeal. 28 U.S.C.
1292(a)(1).
