SPECIALLY BLENDED RUBBER LINING :

ARCOY RUBBER Division offers a broad range of rubber lining

materials to arrest various corrosive and erosive environments.
Rubber products with varying characteristics are compounded
for many different applications through the selection and
combination of elastomeric bonding agents and fillers.

ARCOLINE-60 is produced by mixing styrene, butadiene

and isoprene rubber. These are also known as BR/IR/SBR.
The primary attributes of this blend is excellent impact and
dry wear resistance along with good abrasion properties,
which gives Protection from impact wear abrasion caused
by dry, sharp edge material and Good weathering
resistance.

The development of ARCOLINE-60 is done to get the best

properties of all three Rubbers, which are having very good
compatibility with each other to be blended
homogeneously. Because of its Technicalities, it is applied
Lining of vibratory feeders, chutes, storage bins, material
transfer points, impact walls, filtering buckets where the
abrasion and wear are needed. Apart from that for lagging
driven pulleys, where medium to high tension is there this
blend is very much suitable.
