Quintanillas Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy focuses on the diversity and

uniqueness of my students. As a teacher, it is important for me
recognize each students needs and be sensitive to cultural
differences in order to facilitate student achievement. I try to
make new concepts meaningful by incorporating effective
teaching strategies that can help each student better understand
the concepts being taught. In addition, it is important for me to
understand my students strengths and weaknesses through
observations and assessments so that weaknesses are improved
and strengths are challenged.
