JUDICIARY OF GUAM LAUNCHES SURVEY IN PREPARATION FOR
STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE

(June 4, 2015) (Guam Judicial Center Hagta, Guam) In conjunction with
the Office of the Attorney General and the Public Defender Services Corporation (including the Alternate Public Defender), the Judiciary of Guam has launched a survey to assess performance and effectiveness of the three entities. The survey asks justice system partners and stakeholders to rate the performance of each entity and to give their thoughts on the operation of the criminal justice system as a whole. The information gathered as part of the survey will inform the development of strategic plans for each entity that will set future goals and priorities. The survey has been distributed electronically to justice system stakeholders and partners and is additionally being conducted at the Guam Judicial Center and at the Northern Court Satellite through Tuesday, June 9.
