Material: two dumbbells 1kg


each. Or a sand ball.

Development:
Students will have to run 2 km away with a dumbbell in each hand
1kg or two balls of sand.
When they finish line will take pulse just after.
They take strokes in one minute recovery.
They take strokes in two minute recovery.
They take strokes in three minute recovery.
They will make the next step is to see how your aerobic capacity.
EXAMPLE: 190ppm max(when they finish of run) x 60% = 114ppm

One minute recovery: 170ppm
Two minute recovery: 120ppm
Three minute recovery: 100ppm
As the pulses are below 114ppm, the aerobic capacity of the
subject is good.
If the subject had had more pulses that 114ppm in three
minute recovery, the aerobic capacity of the subject is bad.

INTRODUCTION
Hashing is a sport practiced since 1938 in Malaysia. An Englishman named
Gispert convinced his friends from a bar specializing in fried meat. To them
run by carrying 1 or 2 beers to cool. If one wants to practice Hashing must
exit from a bar and run between 20 and 30 kilometers to the finish line. We
compete in groups of 10 people, who 2 these shall go forth leaving trails of
sawdust or flour, the rest of the competitors must follow. These trails lead to
the control points where they can rest and eat only soft drinks. Then they
must continue until finish line. The winner is the first to arrive. But to receive
the award must have gone through all the checkpoints and have a minimum
blood alcohol.
