CHAMPIONSHIP WILL BE DECIDED AS PER “GOLD FIRST RANKING SYSTEM”

ENTRY FEE
Rs.50/- per event and Rs.200/- per relay team.

RULES
1. The competition is open to schools only.
2. The competition will be held as per the rules of A.A.F.I.
3. All entry forms shall be certified by the Principal of the School. Athletes are required to submit their birth
certificates from their respective Educational Institution. The certifying authority will be held responsible for the
correctness of the data provided.
4. Competitors will take part in the meet at their own risk.
5. Competitors need to carry school id card/birth certificate during tournament and produce it to the tournament
officials in case of dispute.
6. No entry forms will be accepted without entry fees.
7. “MAXIMUM TWO” school teams for Relay Event for each age group.
8. No athlete will be allowed to compete without their chest numbers pinned properly on the chest as well as back.
9. The event will be cancelled if there are less than 4 competitors or relay teams present at the place.
10. Mix Relay team should be of 2 Boys & 2 Girls, standing position of Athletes will be as follows:1 st & 3rd Runner -
Boys, 2nd & 4th Runner -Girls
11. MIX RELAY WILL BE CONDUCTED AS ON TIME TRIAL BASIS.
12. Protest, if any should be lodged with the concerned referee. A written protest should be lodged with the manager
within 30 minutes after the completion of the event along with the protest fees of Rs. 500/-. If the protest is up
held, the fees will be refunded.

13. Competitors should take part in one age group only including relay.

14. The organizing committee reserves the rights of changes or alterations in the programme timing as well as order
of events.

15. Fill the soft copy of entry form for Boys & Girls separately and share it over email on mavlimandal@yahoo.in.
Also, take print of soft copy and submit it into the office along with entry fees.
