Taekwondo practical demonstrations assistance
Description:
My role mainly was to teach and lead a whole physical training session
when my teacher watched or had demonstrated what was to be done and
for those who found it hard to get the first few tries, I had to help them
form the basic stands and from there build up the rest of the particular
physical task.
Leading course
Description:
I under took a course to help me build up confidence in leading a team.
The course was designed so that each individual leader placed within a
group could identify and use each of the team members key skills to
complete a certain task fast and better the opposition.
Interests and Hobbies
Sport: I enjoy combat sports, athletics, football, baseball and regularly
attend the gym.
