In a Facebook discussion, I raised the point that media reported the verdict and sentencing in the Holyland
corruption trial with no supporting records. I concluded that media reports from the courts in Israel are
unreliable.
In response, Israel Broadcasting Service legal correspondent Noam Bar-Shalom linked the attached record,
?stating: Isn't this a verdict record
In my response I pointed out that the record fails to appear in the court file, and is unauthenticated. I asked for
Bar-Shalom's response on these comments, but he failed to respond.
